Sammen is proprietary software. You can use the app for free as an individual, but the source code is not open source. We're building something special and plan to offer generous pricing for everyone.

What You Can Do

  • Use the App: Download and use Sammen for planning events with friends and family
  • Share Events: Create and share event links with others
  • Report Issues: Submit bug reports and feature suggestions
  • Educational Review: View source code for learning purposes (where made available)

What You Cannot Do

  • Copy the Code: You may not copy, fork, or redistribute the source code
  • Modify: You may not create derivative works based on Sammen
  • Commercial Use: You may not use Sammen for commercial purposes without a license
  • Reverse Engineer: You may not decompile or reverse engineer the application
  • Remove Notices: You may not remove copyright or license notices

Sammen is free to use with unlimited events for everyone. Want to support development? Sammen+ offers cool extras like Custom Lists while helping keep Sammen independent and ad-free. It's about supporting the project, not limiting free users.

The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising from, out of or in connection with the software or the use or other dealings in the software.
