About Sammen

Sammen is a private event planning system for friends and family. No ads, no tracking, no account required for guests. Create an event in under a minute and share it with anyone. Available on iOS, Android, and web (beta).

The Story

Philip Kartin built Sammen to get off Facebook entirely. Events were the only thing keeping him on the platform, and no existing alternative met his standards. So he built one: a focused, privacy-respecting app for private events. Sammen launched in August 2025 and is independently owned and operated from Denmark.
